Portfolio as of January 1 is in post 2394. Since then I have stopped out of JDEC, dumped NITE and closed shorts in TERA, MCAR and ENML. Plus I added VSAT today. I think the rest is current.

I managed to waste a lot of money in the oil patch last year. Won't buy this year until I hear the overflowing storage tanks finally have room for more. As for semis, I sat out the latest "rebound" rally because the earnings just aren't there yet.

I am watching the main indexes for shorts when the general market turns. This run has to end sometime.

Mao,
I think the y2k sped up the spending on sap, psft..last several quarters since most would like to upgrade to ERP?
SAP slowed down just like psft since the systems are too expensive and only big firms can afford. PSFT try to reach down to smaller firms. PSFT also hired a lot during last 2 yrs.
Just an opinion...
