I'm not sure to what you are referring; could you please elaborate? Are you suggesting that a closing price of $4.75 has special significance, or a conversion price of $4.75 greatly reduces dilution?

As a practical matter, there are so few preferred shares remaining that today's conversion price can affect only the third significant digit of the total shares outstanding.
