EXGP has 2 million authorized shares and 1.472 million outstanding shares as of September 30, 1998. If the company desires, they can declare a 4 for 3 or a 5 for 4 split right now.

More than likely though is with the annual shareholder meeting upcoming, a proxy vote would be necessary to raise the authorized shares to at least 3 million shares to allow a 2 for 1 split.

I agree with you that it is unlikely that EXGP would be split in the single digits. But a split would be likely when the stock surpasses 15.
