Well, since you're in such a helpful mood today, Spidey, here's a question you can answer for us all:

In their recently filed 10QSB, AZNT said that the gazillion shares of common owned by insiders had been converted to preferred, right?

But, uh, has that actually happened? If so, then the company should have filed the appropriate form with the SEC. It hasn't done so.

I think, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, we must conclude that insiders still hold over 50 million shares of common, no? What's going on here?
