After you finish making stuff up in answer to Tonto's question, could you please tell me what happened to the press release we were expecting. Heck, what about any press release. It's getting really boring just citing from court documents. This is from October: The next press release was held up, do to defendants constantly requesting more time from judge to figure out their nebulous position.
