I guess I am just extremely disappointed. The reverse stock split was the last thing I wanted to see with this company. A stock buy back would have increased investor confidence. The dilution pattern of management could spell disaster after the reverse split. If the stock price does begin to show any strength at all, I would have to believe Spencer will just start printing more shares. I do believe the company does have a lot of new distributors and I think they are going back and picking up the small stores that they kind of lost track of as they were signing deals with Pep Boys & Trak Auto etc. If dilution continues it will not mean a whole lot in terms of stock price.
