I forgot that the could only purchase the note back if the conversion price is under $4.90. I think we would have to bet that this will continue to get pushed back so long as the prospects are good. $4.90 seems low for my expectations. Does anyone remember what the other notes contain as far as a limit to buying back with cash the note? It seems that in the long run they may all be converted to stock... but at least at a higher price. TIA
