Since I have had soooo many wrong reports I can't accurately answer what is really going to happen. Call them and take notes or record the call...legally.

Not an MB client but I believe my answers are industry standard:

>>How soon after a trade do the funds become available to trade again?

They are immediately available for trading.

>>Are STOP orders allowed? If not, is MB planning on allowing them?

Don't know

>>Is margin interest charged if positions are closed by end of day?

No. There are exceptions, though, at firms that offer margin borrowing beyond the SEC limits.
