Very wrong. You avoided the question which all the shareholders and nonshareholders alike could see. You want to dissect? Then answer my question.

(remember, no fair making things up, this time)

it is also not lost on me or other shareholders that as a group you all claimed i was posting many lies in my last few posts, in fact your group posted there were so many you lost count. yet you fail to come up with one we can address & dissect.

and then you post...

but i must tell you it is still not lost on aznt shareholders your
group claimed i lied repeatedly in my last few posts but have been unable to define these lies.

why would there be pr before this stock is returned?

News flash, Spidey: normal companies issue press releases to announce new strategic alliances, new contracts, good earnings. Stuff like that. Not updates on legal proceedings that've been dragging on for months, and will drag on for many months more.

we do know through diligence that isaac montel negotiated stipulation that dtc will return stock & lift freeze if dtc is dropped from case but there seems to be problem of where cert is guy. do you know where it is guy?

(For anyone not In the Know: "through diligence"="I called Mikey and that's what he said".)

Now. I have in fact heard several possible explanations of the whereabouts of the "missing" cert. When and if I learn where it really is I'll be sure to let you know.

But let us consider: you've said--a tiresome number of times now--that

1. JB Oxford claims it FedEx'd the cert in question to the DTC.

2. The DTC says it doesn't have said cert.

I have no idea whether either of these statements is true, but it shouldn't be hard for the interested parties to determine what happened. After all, if Oxford FedEx'd the cert, there'd be a record, and a bill to Oxford from FedEx. If the DTC received the cert, someone signed for it, so there'd also be a record at that end. And of course FedEx would have records of both.

Why do I feel there's something wrong with the story you're telling us, Spidey, lololol?
