Carl, remember when you called from a lengthly E-MAIL that I sent to JOHN SCHMITZ including my phone number. You told me that you are good friends with JOHN SCHMITZ and he told you to call me to addres my concerns. You called me and stated that PRWT will be at 50 cents per share by 12/31/98 and USXP at $4.00 per share by the end of august.
