I will suggest to Dror that they include appraised values of the land in the 10K that should be out before February 15th. Will the 10K be audited? If so, by whom? jmt

I have seen the land and know it is materially understated on the financial statements as is all the other land owned by EDII. that's nice... but is the one parcel we've heard so much about really worth $10 Million dollars, and or close to this amount?... Without some independent documentation, ie appraisal, I'd like to know how you or the company can make such a claim. I would have thought with the delays we had in getting ahold of these financials, and the question about such things... the company would have made more of an effort to address these issues, and had the time.
