I don't care about the buyout. You should ask your question to Tim Luke. Tim says that there has been 3 companies interested in buying XYLN. One of them is LU.

I like this stock long. I like management's agressive earnings and revenue goals. Also, I think that networkers will be in the money in 99 and that XYLN is the best bet out there considering its low PE. The stock has been beaten down too much on the Alcatel news. XYLN has broaden its client base since.
