John: FYI. I'm a lawyer and "officer of the Courts". I have a lot of trust and faith in the system as long as cretins like BC are not allowed to flout the rules the rest of us have to live by. His conduct in the Jones matter is enough to get any other attorney disbarred. By definition, impeachment and removal is a political process. The procedures are set out in the Constitution and the Rules of the House and Senate. That's how the founders intended it based upon all the materials I have read. Have a good afternoon. JLA
