The price has bottomed recently and volume has picked up significantly. I am accumulating more shares at this price - I expect an announcement on at least one agreement by the end of next month. My target remains that delSecur will move up to around 2 over the nt three to four months. The move will depend on the agreement being inked. At this point the stock looks pretty resistant to a further price decline.
