Hi Andrew - in the end - it is the fundamentals that will make or break any stock. At some point - all stocks - even AMZN - have to start generating earnings or else investors will bail. AMZN is making the right moves as far as increasing revenues and building market share - but I'm sure the company must find it slightly worrisome that it's losses are not decreasing in line with it's revenue growth - "higher seasonal sales will not translate into correspondingly lower net losses in the fourth quarter." It also looks like AMZN's profit margin is relatively small - AMZN "blamed the lack of improvement at the bottom line on aggressive price cutting and the large role that music and video sales played in the quarter's overall sales tally. Those products offer slim profit margins." AMZN's cost of doing business is also high..."Higher expenses incurred on fulfillment -- the process of getting ordered products into the hands of customers -- also hampered its ability to move toward profitability."

Once TSIG actually starts reporting "earnings" - and becomes one of the first internet companies to be profitable - I think there will be a ground swell of interest from the investment community - which should make all TSIG shareholder VERY HAPPY. :~)

P.S. Does anyone have any idea of what kind of profit margin TSIG has ? I think I remember an old interview from a previous TSIG CEO where this was discussed.

Regards,

Phil
