1. That no motion to compel had been granted to WellRich.
A: i will not say "no" motion, just one that carries no meaningful pressure to compel anything.

Nose growing by the moment, Spidey. A motion to compel arbitration that carries no power to compel anything? Gimme a break.

2. That no arbitration hearing had been scheduled.
A: yes, to the best of my knowledge dear there is no arbitration hearing scheduled that was legally binding between wellrich & aznt.

This statement makes absolutely no sense. Care to dilate on it?

3. That no arbitration hearings had ever taken place.
A: yes dear, the 'event' you cite in vegas was a 'meeting', there was no arbitration . there was no legally binding contract between aznt & wellrich after peter shurr left there employment to best of my knowledge & kellogg states emphatically he did not get his stock from wellrich. there was no legal reason or pressure as i understand for aznt to arbitrate anything with wellrich.

No one ever bought stock from WellRich, Spidey. What is it about this that you don't understand? The contract they had with AZNT was a referral contract. And: as I've asked before: why did this "meeting" take place in the offices of arbitrators, and why was it presided over by an arbitrator? Why did Mikey make a scene? Why did the arbitrator threaten to call Security? What's Mikey's problem? And there's also the question of the earlier arbitration meeting, the one in July.

So far you're not doing very well, Spidey. But let's move along...

4. That "wellrich solicits stock from aznt 144 shareholders as they run up aznt 800 phone bill to $18k last month."
A: dear there is a stack of affadavits forwarded to the sec to support those claims. these affadavits are from the shareholders wellrich solicited. you can verify 800 phone bill with phone records easily.

How many affidavits in this "stack"? And of what does "solicitation" consist? Of WellRich informing their clients that their restricted stock had a one-year hold and could now be sold? And yes, Spidey, the WellRich stock DID have a one-year hold. That shareholders who want to sell might call AZNT to object to Mikey's refusal to sign off on their certs is entirely understandable. Though I very much doubt they managed to rack up an $18K phone bill in a single month. Yes, the 800 number has been turned off for non-payment, but my guess is Mikey hasn't been paying for quite some time.

5. That "we spent many days & nights doing our diligence".
A: yes dear. much diligence has gone into this investment as any bb stock demands

Like RMIL, lolololol?

6. That "we have talked to regulatory agencies, there agents & fbi agents".
A: yes dear i have communicated with 2 fbi investigators as well as 2 sec agents.

But Spidey, you're anonymous. You won't even tell Dean who you are. So how could these agencies get in touch with you? Unless, of course, you're Gary Dobry:

Are you prepared to state, openly and on the record, that you're not Gary Dobry? Consider the implications carefully before you reply.
