MSFT is cheap at this price that is why they are upgrading it to $185. The unearned revenue is at $3.1 bilion or $1.20 per share. They (MSFT) usually put in about 250 to 500 million into this account every QTR. If they put in another 1 billion this year that's another $0.38 or $1.58 in unreported revenue. Add this to the $2.30 they will earn this year and you get a P/E in the high 30's. CHEAP.
