Wow, those 333 MHz K6-2 notebook chips Compaq is using must command pretty high ASPs--faster than any PII notebook out there.

I wouldn't have expected AMD to jump ahead of Intel in the MHz notebook race. Pretty interesting I must say. AMD will only have the lead until later in the month, but it is still "brag-able"

The price of that notebook is very low. I expect it to be positioned against the Celeron notebooks coming out later this quarter.
