To my knowledge all stock exchanges have a similar bylaw.

This is to protect us little guys and gals, at least it is intended to be that way. Each exchange has their own limited to my knowledge.

Mario, any hint of what Q4 results might be?? It's become common place to expect marginal news from MOND at best. They say "you get what you expect" and I've come to expect disappointment ....
