Indeed, that is good news. There are some on other bulletin boards that have accused bashers of actually trying to prevent the release of financials, but they can't. Maybe we can get beyond this kind of damaged thinking.

There is no doubt that everyone benefits from full reporting requirements. The opportunities for deception are diminished, and it brings to bear the full weight of SEC consequences for intentional misstatements.
