Alex, you must remember, many traders are chartists, yesterdays chart looked bad ... and so it followed today with a down opening. This stock is on many peoples watch lists. They look for a "postitve" on the charts to take postitions. Now I am not perfect, 4 of 5 calls are correct. The chart looks very good today. It has rallied off it's low of 28.5 and is now in the green If we close anywhere near here, the chart will give a "buy" signal, causing a gap up in the morning. Of course, that is the chart read only. We must also deal with how the other net stocks are doing, and how dthe market is moving in general. Many factors constitute how a stock moves up and down. No stock goes straight up, nor does it go straight down.
