He's right about the need for a Click! drive with digital cameras. We have a DC220 which also has the 8mb card. You can take approx 18 high res shots. Its OK if you are near your computer to download the jpg's via USB (works great BTW) but once you need more shots than that and you are away from your laptop you're stuck without more memory cards. I'd rather get say one more memory card and then a click drive and a bunch of click discs. There is no other way to shoot a bunch of holiday shots. We are on vacation for two weeks this friday so we get out the old Pentax and leave the digital at home.

I'd say Click has a great future

John

PS Of course it would be better if the camera had Click! built in. Its small and light enough for it be still manageable.

Long on IOM - may be buy some more before I go

Philip - For the benefit of those of us who are reluctant adapters and haven't made the jump to digital cameras, would you be kind enough to briefly give us an idea of how many images one can capture on an 8mb flash card (I assume it depends on the resolution of the camera - is the technology developed enough to provide pictures as sharp as an inexpensive 35mm?) Thanks
