The OTI-8211, a recent addition to the portfolio of products from Oak's Consumer Group, will provide audio and video decoding for the Networks Program's STB platform. The STB platform is designed to demonstrate Hitachi and Cisco technologies applicable to advanced set top boxes, such as Voice over IP and combining video with broadband data services.
