I think its probably the shakeout from SAP announcement.

regardless of other company news, got some serious resistance at 13... gonna require some solid earnings to get to 16, which I expect... got past the restructuring after blending in DataWorks... dunno much about DataWorks... what is their strength? today marked 9th consecutive day with above average trading volume... it is chipping away at the sellers... yday and today with 1.4 million shares... once complete, expect a burst to 16+... it still finished above 13 though, even after any SAP announcemt or selloff I am holding / JW
