Eugene,

From what I understand, the conversion will take
time - a month or more. When it is completed, your
BRK shares will reflect the price of BRK shares
at that time, so you *are* participating in the
rally.

If you want to sell now, you can instruct your
broker to do it. It may be recorded as a short sale
with a future cover when the shares become available.
