whew! Nice to see some news here, I too thought this had become Yahoo. Lets keep the flames down to faint embers. Flaming is for Yahoo. The excellent monthly PV Newsletter put together by industry expert Paul Maycock arrived yesterday. (http://www.pvenergy.com) Among highlights: -World shipments were up 28% to 160MW -USSC production was 3MW forecast as only 5MW for 1999 -Productive capacity is nearly 200MW with another 200MW announced. -reprint of our panels on MIR -notice of USSC's 20 year warranty (accross facing page was Kyocera's 25 year warranty) - Japanese grid connected program is using over 30 MW per year led by Kyocera at 24.5MW and Sharp at 14MW. Japanese production was up 32% (Where are you Cannon??)
