Thanks, but I did my research. Talked four times to the company and Schwab. The company said for shareholders of record 1/6/98. They get this information from the Transfer Agent. If they get this info on 1/6 you would have had to SETTLE by that date to be a shareholder of record. It takes three days to settle (unless you buy with a special provision and usually at a higher price). Call your broker and ask that. We will be calling and confirming with Quest later today or tomorrow morning. CJacks
