Suffice it to say that they market value of the company will rise and fall due to market forces. The share price is the market value of the company divided by the number of shares outstanding. I looked at the press release to see the point of QNETs claim that the stock price won't be reduced. Apparently the shares will not be registered, so you can't sell them. Conveniently shareholders who have owned stock for 2 years (i.e. insiders) will be able to sell their new shares due to an exemption. I presume that they won't automatically cut the price of the stock, but the insiders will now have extra shares to sell. This begs the question: Is it a scam? I don't know the company, nor do I have any interest in it, but something smells here, and I don't think it's my cheese sandwich.
