There was another thing that caught my attention - I've been in Si valley for >20 years. Started at Fairchild when Corrigan was running Fairchild. X'mas shut down did not mean bad business - it meant that you just can't drive your people and the whole system into the ground. When I heard LSI was not shutting down across the board over the holidays (reported on Yahoo thread), I started to think that their business had picked up.

Let's hope that I am right. In that case, they may have a stream of earnings upside coming.

Also, if 'storage' is strong, that means Symbios will produce and that will take a lot of uncertainty off the stock. Plus if they can beat earnings, even by a couple of cents, that means that Gresham is proceeding according to plan and no nasty surprises are forth coming from that corner either.

Let's hope .... let's hope ....
