what exactly did I say?, they said they didn't do a debenture?, I juxtaposed it was blatant shorting? did I miss something?

Sure, I will be more specific. There was some 504 stock that available for a slight discount to the market. It was a very limited time offer that allowed investors to pick up shares of stock at a 3-day average price. Obviously if the price was driven down as it was by two of the Market Makers, then the stock could be picked up cheaper. This game is essentially over. The window is closed or will be within the next 48 hours, I am told. That certainly explains things to me. Hopefully it makes sense to you as well. The CEO was not happy about this arrangement, but it was arranged before he took over the reins. He is positive that the company is on the right track and the stock price will reflect it going forward. Use your best judgement, but I am holding long. I have had much luck holding solid companies in great niche markets. I love the low entry price and I like the CEO....he seems very sharp and is extremely experienced in both business and investment banking. Like I said earlier, he received his PHD in I.S and marketing, so he knows the tech market and how to build a company. He has done it several times before. DAVE
