Spider, Actually, I'm not playing any games. And I did go back and edit my original post to Rico. It wasn't you who mentioned the 7th. It was antibash. I apologize for attributing the reference to you. However, I did immediately correct my error. As for the rest of your post, I have no idea whatsoever what is transpiring at the federal court level. And I've never posted on that issue. It is you and others that possess that knowledge, but have yet to provide verifiable documentation to that issue. When documentation is provided, I may or may not comment depending upon what the issues are in that case. At this point I have nothing to say about it. I am unaware of its' existence other than through references posted on this thread. KJC
