Hi cornbread,
1) In getting information from the OX2 website, my considered opinion is that information from that source is fluid. They have made changes before after criticism and may need to again.

2) Yeh, I know, 144, restricted shares, insiders, etc. Therefore Andre and Pricilla are insiders by what connection?

I spoke with Mr. Ballgereon several months ago when this issue first came up. He was very kind to explain in detail the business relationship with AENG. The Priscilla shares were also explained. Nothing illegal about a relative purchasing and selling stock. Nothing there that the SEC would find interesting.

If I am only a relative of my brother who writes a favorable review for the newspaper about General Motors, do I have to file a 144 to sell my General Motors stock? No. There is something deeper here that made them feel it necessary to file a 144.
