Small investors are still hanging on and buying internet stocks while the institutional investors are getting out gradually.

COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE!

And, as further evidence, the Journal today listed Uptick vs. Downtick trading by Dollar Volume. YHOO shows an outflow of 49.3 million meaning higher volume went through on downticks than up. To me, this indicates that smart money is saying sayonara.

sorry for short sellers on yahoo..they just do not understand the momentum and trend. they got to learn by now. Instead of trying to apply "rationality" to predict its valuation, it will be better to understand how mass love yahoo. there are so many second or third tier craps out there..why did they short yahoo in bull market..they just went crazy.
