What are "Channel Plays" 06/01/98 - EATING YOUR OWN That is a trade where many daytraders are playing the same trade because the leader or leaders in the room have been hyping the NEWS on the stock...and the stock moves NOT NECESSARLIY ON THE NEWS...BUT ON THE LEADERS SAYING THE NEWS IS GREAT.. It creates very uncertain movement because the leaders are only interested in making money off the followers.... I call it "eating your own" It is reasonable momentum but I do not want you to learn how to do that because we are making money off the losses of small traders which I find ugly...
