Yosi, Creditman , et al We [ me and fellow lurkers] thank you very much. As I see it Dssi owns a significant block of Tsemf which in turn owns a piece of Saifun. Dssi also has its foot in the door re automated meter reading and has a software division as well! The fundamentals look good. Two nagging thoughts remain-- 1 A Connecticut company had a meter reading system years ago and failed to get it off the ground! What reason do we have to believe will succeed this time? 2 This thread has hinted at problems with management but without any specifics and the announcement of a resignation could be a caution flag I am not trying to be negative, rather would just like to clear up some loose ends.
