Thanks a lot, Jim. Well, I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get Voxel. But, we were all high on HGRM before Voxel ever appeared on the scene. I, for one, remain very bullish on the company. Hey, let's start a new pool to supplement the one we already have going. Let's see who can come closest to guessing the closing price as of July 1st. I'll enter my guess at $4.95. George

Great job of reporting, Jim. I'm relieved in a way. While we lose Voxel's potential, that's all it was is "potential". I think HGRM would have had its finances (earnings, cash, debt) severely impacted for several years trying to take the process to commerciality. There's a good chance that Voxel might never be a success. The HGRM stock price couldn't have survived several years of red ink waiting for Voxel to bloom IMO.

Thanks Jim. Good or bad, at least we know. I too am still bullish. Although I have to admit that I thought the acquisition of Voxel was the main reason why we have not seen an audit report yet. Monks with quills could have finalized the report by now. Jim
