Is it not the case that the street's expectation of 0.21 does not take care of the new SEC advice about voicetek charge. In that case, negative surpise cannot be calculated based on the 0.21 figure. Any ideas on this front? Ignoring the above, we see anywhere from 33% to 53% negative surprise. Not good at all, unless they tell us this situation will improve quickly. But that is not very clear as they are changing sales head for NA (where the trouble is). Ramesh
