Ah, but until you've tasted my Indian cuisine ... (Lord Krishna) you have tasted nothing. It all begins with a good garam masala which you must make yourself (store bought is terrible!). Others may argue that it is the ghee or a good home mead yoghurt. I'll let Mohan and Tim Comiskey be the judge of that.

But that pales in comparison to a good hummus.

I'm beginning to drool on the keyboard, so I'd better stop now before my fingers start slipping.
