JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 1999--Modis Professional Services, Inc. (NYSE: MPS), a global provider of information technology and professional services, today announced that it has acquired Southern California-based Consulting Solutions, Inc. (CSI). CSI is an information technology consulting firm recognized as a leader in implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions using Oracle (Nasdaq:ORCL) applications. CSI generated revenue of approximately $12 million in 1998, based upon unaudited financial information. The company will join the modis Solutions ERP group and accelerate growth of the existing Oracle ERP practice. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
