Well, I must say that I am sold completely. Damn Apple has shaped up. I have always been an ardent PC person, finding Apples distasteful, and iMacs to be gameboyesque (sp.?)... But looking at the website, I am truly mesmerized by the new iMacs and most of all the G3 - WOW!. Am buying AAPL soon, and if that pays off, I am making the PC a doorstop and buying me a G3. When do AAPL earnings come out and what are the estimates? Ali

the biggest surprise? well, its gotta be the prices for the new G3 boxes. they are surprisingly low. otherwise the announcements were pretty much what was expected. the educational prices haven't been posted yet but I am expecting about $1399 for the new 300. the price for the OLD 300 (desktop) was $1871.
