I can't believe that no one else here sees the short in QNET. It went from 10 to 30 today due to the 3 for 1 dividend that pays tomorrow. The next day the shares should go back to 10 in a hurry.

It looks like an industrial mall kind of place that
will be rented by a number of companies, not just
one. Or not?
