Has anyone thought about shorting the stock at these levels for the inevitable fall? What would be the downside? Would you be liable for the dividend down the road? If not, it looks like a good move.

I guess one would need to have faith in where the company share price will be when the restriction expires. They are an internet company expanding into to long distance, and they look to be in the process of trying for full Nasdaq listing, although they might have to do an "official" split to raise there O/S to the limit required...no sure how that works, but recall SIEB needed to do a split only to keep their NAZ listing last spring. stil on the fence Mick
