TOM, Farewell my friend, better luck in future and present investments. I dont know where in the 10qsb you figure to see Adot still working on the prototype, but I see it differently. It appearsto me that Adot has leased the equipment needed for production in the past few months and are gearing to get going. I guesss time will tell on what the real deal is and since you have chosen to take your loss now(which I sorry to hear), I hope my view is correct. Andrew

Hi Thomas:

Thank you for sharing this information with us.

I have many friends and relatives who are in buiseness. In general they are nice people but in buiseness they are pretty ruthless. They need this attitude to keep themselves focused on the business.

I once worked for a boss who was selling software. This man was polite and nice. His company and business failed within 5 years.

I used to work for ORACLE. Larry Ellison, oracle chairman, walked into a meeting , slammed the door and yelled "i want to know what the f.... is going on"?

Speaking about the BB, if I analyze the statement "ADOT expects to complete the 1.7 million dollar contract in 1999", I would say you are right. I would be surprised to see the BB delivered in the first half of 1999. In regards to selling Biomoda shares, the only time these shares will be marketable is thru an IPO. Usually, the current shareholders are allowed to sell a portion of their holdings in an IPO and they restrict the other shares from 6 to 18 months, so as not to depress the new IPO.

11 months from now, if we still have not seen a BB, and ADOT is under 3 cents, you will also be my hero like Blessed. I don't have the courage to take a loss between 50 and 60k.

Take care

Fred

Hi Thomas, Perhaps we'll all do best doing things in our own way.....developing our own system of doing things. Some on this thread are called upon to stay with ADOT and others leave and go to other investments. We're all different and none of us has the exact same style of doing anything....much less investing. That's part of what makes life interesting.

Wishing you the best in all that you do,
John

Read this post and then tell me if you are surprised that ADOT would deal with Pennypicker, who made many innaccurate and misleading statements or Beermeister who appears to be of very questionable character.

After my dealings with ADOT, it is my opinion that these are exactly the kind of people that ADOT would seek out.
