He might be a jerk, but he sure has brought that company back to life and profitability. Keep in mind that Apple was more profitable last quarter than CPQ (and I am long CPQ, so I am not knocking CPQ). I wouldn't let his personality cloud your image of his leadership ability in this industry.

I think he did change his outfit. He usually has a black turtleneck. :)
