A couple of my friends were planning to go play at Hero's in the parks
mall but there was a sign that said, Temporarly out of service, sorry
for the inconvience. And inside they were missing a few video games and there computers were gone. Is Hero's gone?

Well said, Toby.

If I definitely want to buy a stock, instead of market orders, I put in limit orders at the ask price (e.g. $0.31), so that they can't surprise me and run up the stock to $0.32 or $0.33 before placing my buy. Of course, when the stock hits a buck, a penny here or there won't mean a whole lot.
