With all the variations of Windows leading the pack like weeping sores on the body of American consumerism and productivity. He must be forgetting that burning rash known as WinCE which is being pimped onto everything from set-top boxes to handhelds to auto add-ons -- like some kind of rampant venereal stack-machine always seeking new hosts.

Anybody know a site or report on browser functionality percentage?

Like 80% are javascript capable.
and 90% can handle frames.
50% Dynamic HTML
