Envirowaste reconsiders repricing of options

The company announced a reduction in the exercise price of all of the outstanding director and employee stock options to 39 cents per share (Stockwatch Dec. 21, 1998). The directors have reconsidered that repricing decision and have now decided that the exercise price of only one-half of each outstanding stock option will be reduced to 39 cents with the balance remaining at the original exercise price.
In addition, the Company announced the granting of incentive stock options to purchase up to a of 187,900 common shares. The directors have since decided to reduce the total number of shares subject to these new incentive stock options to 182,900 common shares.
