I am trying to buy that is the basic project at hand. since I am traditionally cheap as hell, I refuse to pay more than I have to. The down-move today was acceptable and gets me closer to a buy point, but not quite. Surely 99 is better than having to pay $107 just ten days ago, so we are on the right track...but I think I can get it lower still.
