Ton some vague rumor on CIEN hit the daytraders late today movement begets more movement on watch list for the am in case it breaks 16 at which point I may join the mo mo crowd for a few minutes

CIEN. Tom, I still have CIEN on my quote screen and saw the late rally today. While a buyout rumor probably sparked buying interest, the stock also broke what had been resistance at 15 and I think this brought in more buyers. It looks to me like there's a good chance that the stock will fill the gap up to about 17. I read that TLAB is rumored to be a takeover candidate and would guess that this is why it was up 13 points today. Best of luck with CIEN if you are still holding it. Dan
