JM: Don't know. Mike has raised the same question about one of the two vectors in the ARIA system, the epo vector. I was surprised to see a priority date for AVGN that was fairly recent. First thing to do is to cruise the EPO and WP sites. Then I'd call IR at AVGN directly, and tell them that you need to initiate an in-depth conversation on the subject. They'll know all the companies that are active with AAV and the companies that are likely to have a proprietary interest. I'm getting more interested in this work, so I may also poke around when time allows. Rick
